1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Stackd.wtf, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What Stackd Is

Stackd is a creator-and-fan platform where creators share photos, videos, and live content. Fans subscribe, tip, and buy pay-per-view posts. Both sides earn.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be 18+ to create any account.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account.
  • One account per person. Impersonation is prohibited.

4. Content Rules

  • Only post content you own or have the right to share.
  • No content involving minors, non-consenting parties, or illegal activity — ever.
  • Content warnings for adult/sensitive media are required.
  • Stackd can remove content that violates these rules without notice.

5. Earnings & Payments

Creators earn from subscriptions, tips, and PPV unlocks. Stackd takes a standard platform fee (see your creator dashboard for the current rate). Payouts are processed weekly once the minimum threshold is reached.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and loss of earnings.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse other users, or use the platform for illegal purposes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
