In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. § 2257), all models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained on the website Stackd.wtf were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual image was produced.

Stackd.wtf is a content-hosting platform. Content uploaded by individual creators is the responsibility of each respective creator-uploader. Each creator who uploads content to the platform is required, upon registration and prior to upload, to verify that all persons depicted are at least 18 years of age and to provide records sufficient to satisfy 18 U.S.C. § 2257 prior to publication. The Custodian of Records for content uploaded by individual creators is the creator-uploader of that content.
