DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

Stackd.wtf respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on Stackd.wtf infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the URL on Stackd.wtf where the infringing material is located.
4. Your contact information (email, address, phone).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We aim to remove infringing content within 24 hours of receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Email legal@stackd.wtf for the procedure.
