Content Policy

Stackd.wtf is an adult creator platform. We support consenting adult creators and their fans. The following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and—where required—reporting to law enforcement:

Strictly Prohibited Content

• Any depiction of a minor (under 18) in a sexual context. Reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Non-consensual content ("revenge porn", hidden cameras, leaks of private content not authorized for distribution).
• Bestiality, necrophilia, or content depicting harm to animals.
• Real depictions of violence, torture, rape, or coercion.
• Trafficking, prostitution, or escort solicitation.
• Drug sales, weapon sales, or other illegal commerce.
• Hate speech targeting people based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Impersonation of another person without consent.

Required From Creators

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a creator.
• You must hold full distribution rights to all content you upload.
• You must verify the age of every person appearing in your content (model release + government ID, retained for 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records).
• You may not upload content depicting another person without their explicit, documented consent.

Reporting

To report violations, email legal@stackd.wtf with the URL and a brief description. Reports are investigated within 24 hours.
